Description
As a manager in training (MIT) you will :
- Receive introductory / new hire training for 3-4 months
- Receive advanced store management training for 9-12 months
- Hold your team accountable for performance standards
- Provide leadership to the store team by rewarding and recognizing performance, coaching employees
- Drive store execution and performance (sales)
- Consistently progress towards the completion of program milestones
- Represent and live Jockey values
What you bring to the team :
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a service driven environment
- Must be able to relocate (at least within 250-mile radius)
