We are looking tobring on new Remote Customer Experience Specialists. OurSpecialists are extremely valuable as they are the main point ofcontact for clients.
They are responsible for creating uniquetravel itineraries processing payments and updating clientsregarding their travel.
They have access to the top travel vendorssuch as Expedia Delta Vacations American Airlines VacationsCarnival Royal Caribbean and Disney to name a few.
We have trainings available at all times making itflexible for those with prior commitments.
Main Responsibilities :
- Maintain open communication with clientsregarding their travel
- Research top traveldestinations and curate individualizeditineraries
- Discuss client travelneeds / preferences and create itineraries to fit theirpreferences
- Promote / advertise specializedtravel deals across varying platforms
- Stay upto date with travel news
- Connect with travelleaders
- Attend travel trainings and / or monthlymeetings as necessary
- Use judgement when itcomes to budget and client preferences
- Attenddaily trainings to become more knowledgeable in travel news updatesand / or restrictions
- Promote current traveldeals and perks via social media or varyingplatforms
- Complete and maintain travelcertifications
Qualifications :
- 18 years orolder
- High SchoolDiploma
- Customer Service experience (1 year ormore)
- Must be coachable and willing tolearn
