Strategy Director
Responsibilities :

- Participates in China strategic planning cycle supporting the development of mid and long-term strategic plans for China.
- Assess potential commercial partnerships to evaluate strategic fit with the Werfen product portfolio.
- Formalize market intelligence on market trends, competitive landscape, commercial partnerships, etc.
- Enhance communications with global marketing team across 5 product lines to transmit China market requirements in global R&D decision making.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial and Business Development on above responsibilities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and above in a business management, strategic management, or marketing.
- Corporate strategy experiences, healthcare and MNC background is highly preferred.
- Deep insight on Competitors dynamics, familiarity with Health Economics.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results and implementing change.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills required.
