Description
- Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
- Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor site safety and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets high standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Keep accurate records of site activities and progress.
Profile
The Construction Superintendent should have :
- 10+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor
- Experience leading small to mid size projects.
- OSHA certification (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience leading ground-up construction projects and managing a large team
- Must be local to Palm Beach County Florida.
