Responsibilities
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION : Enterprise IT infrastructure and legacy applications maintenance support to an IC customer.
The function areas include : Operations and Maintenance (O&M), legacy application / system mission capability enhancements, infrastructure, security, web applications, metrics, compliance-related audit, Service / Help Desk, procurement of hardware and software, and Disaster Recovery (DR).
Enhancements include bugfixes, improving the capabilities of and adding new functions to a legacy application.
- Provide Agile systems support combining / aligning software, DEV / OPS, sustainment, and operations along with their product owners, products and deliverables.
- Organize the engineering activities to support current and future tasks and identify risks and dependencies.
- Help the team communicate and coordinate to deliver work items, perform daily backlog refinement, facilitate team events.
- Assist the Product owner in preparing and refining the backlog for Program iteration and iteration planning, conduct backlog grooming with the team.
- Coordinate with the Product owner and Release train engineer to mitigate risks, management dependencies, and address issues.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Qualifications
Required Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience - or 6 years experience with MS / MA - or 3 years experience with PhD.
- Defining, developing, and documenting operational support concepts leading to development and implementation of requirements, specifications, and design plans.
- Familiarity / Experience with Agile project management.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence.
- Position requires TS / SCI clearance with polygraph.
Desired Experience :
Experience with IC industry and customer.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
