Responsibilities :
- Initial Start of Care and visits for Hospice agency
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 32 hours. Full time salary
- Coverage area includes New Haven and Fairfield counties
Requirements :
- A Registered Nurse with current Connecticut License
- 2+ years clinical experience including acute care
- hospice agency experience required
- Compassion and integrity
- Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college required.
