Springfield College is seeking dynamic and experienced adjunct faculty members to join our Physician Assistant program. As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our PA students.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Responsibilities will depend on the role but could include :
Assisting in the PA program specific labs (H&P, Applied Clinical Skills or Human Anatomy) : Must be available for labs on Fridays 9am-3 : 30 pm during the semester
- Course instructor for PA program specific course (Ex : Pharmacology, Research courses or Seminars) : Availability based upon course schedule
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Engage in active communication with students to support their learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant or experience matching course expertise (ex, pathologist, pharmacist, anatomist etc)
- Strong commitment to student success and academic excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience teaching in a PA program or precepting clinical students.
- Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Brightspace.
