As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Virtual Benefits Enrollers. Job Description : As a Virtual Benefits Enroller, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.
You will be responsible for conducting virtual consultations with clients, explaining various insurance options, and enrolling them in appropriate plans tailored to their needs.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities : - Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs - Educate clients on available insurance options, including life, health, and supplemental plans - Customize insurance solutions based on clients' unique circumstances and preferences - Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all paperwork - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their coverage Requirements : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.
