True Vision Enterprises, a reputable marketing and sales company located in Orange, CA, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend products or services, and facilitate sales.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and utilizing point-of-sale systems.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service and / or sales is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions to customer concerns.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
