Key Responsibilities
Utilize required systems for enrollment and maintain accurate records
Implement and build clients on designated benefit administration systems and manage open enrollment processes
Resolve enrollment errors and provide training and support to clients' HR teams
Qualifications and Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar position
Strong technical skills and experience with benefit administration systems
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
