A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team.
Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
Schedule : Full-time, four 10-hour shifts, 9 : 00am-7 : 30pm; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation : Pay range from $42.75-$48.11 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect :
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC / CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
