Overview of the Role
The Regional Manager, International Sales - Ingredients will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand the company’s market share in various segments.
This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and to achieve revenue targets on a global scale.
How you will make contributions that matter
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the industrial food, service, and retail sectors;
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones;
- Create and manage an international sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture;
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management;
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Maintain sales forecasts for its product category;
- Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs in which the company participates;
- Ensure good communication between sales, customer service and our manufacturing sites;
- Monitor claims for damaged products;
- Perform other duties as required;
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications
- University degree in a related field;
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the dairy industry;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a global market;
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics and business practices;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Organizational skills and resourcefulness;
- Mandatory travel;
- Ability to manage schedules and priorities;
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel;
$102,170 - $134,100
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
