K Krates LLC is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Production Associate to join our team. This part-time position is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our product packaging process.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working in a dynamic and sometimes dirty environment due to the fine powders we handle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Packaging : Fill bags with our products accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Control : Before packaging, operate a sifting machine to remove large stems or unwanted materials from the product.
- Machine Operation : Will be required to run and clean a capsule machine 2-3 times per week.
- Heavy Lifting : Regularly lift and move items weighing 50-75 pounds.
- Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements :
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (50-75 pounds) regularly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a dirty environment due to fine powders.
- Punctual and reliable with strong organizational skills.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Schedule :
Part-time position : 4 or 5 days per week, 30 hours per week.
Compensation :
- Starting wage : $16.00 per hour.
