Are you a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for identifying top talent? We are seeking a professional with experience using Phenom to join our team.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in increasing the number of qualified candidates interviewed daily, reducing delays in contact, and optimizing our candidate acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review applicant data and conduct initial screening of one-way video interviews.
- Schedule and conduct six 20-minute virtual interviews per day (30 per week).
- Allocate time for administrative tasks, including sending offer letters, scheduling additional interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with field leaders to ensure seamless candidate management and follow-up.
Expected Outcomes :
- Successfully hire 20+ candidates per week (80+ per month).
- Contribute to reducing the workload on our Field Leaders, allowing them to focus on key business activities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Phenom or similar talent acquisition platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title : Onboard Agent
Reports To : Recruiting & Credentialing Manager

This position will provide administration and assistance. The main responsibilities include providing administrative assistance with Recruiting, Onboarding and Credentialing functions of the Operations and human resources departments.
This individual will be working closely with other members of HR and members of the Field to include District Managers and position will also assist with various projects and tasks for both Operations and Human Resources Departments.
Assist Onboarding; processing background screens, scheduling orientations, following up on new hire paperwork, serve as a backup for conducting Teleconferenced New Hire Interviews, data entry into various HR systems.

- Ordering medical screening on all new candidates based on hospital requirements
- Track all candidates medical screening to completion
- Processing Credentialing information of personnel and medical records to hospitals / vendor accounts
- Provide excellent internal customer service to the Field Regional Directors, District Managers and Area Managers
- Assisting District and Area Managers with Recruiting, Sourcing, and Prescreening candidate’ when required by business needs.
- Initiates all new hire paperwork for all new Photographers, ensuring accurate completion within the allotted timeframe.
- Meets all set SLAs for New Hire Paperwork to ensure completion when the new hires pass their background / drug screen so they can be timely hired.
- Becomes proficient in ICIMS and SharePoint to effectively manage the New Hire Paperwork process.
- Understands all new hire forms and ensures completion in accordance with required federal and state employment laws. These forms include I-9, W-4, Payroll Direct Deposit, etc.
- Understand and articulates required company policies and procedures outlined in the company Photographer Employee Handbook
- Answers new hire questions accurately, completely and ensures understanding by the new hire.
- Acts as back up for the weekly Service Center Onboarding.
