While we offer training for technical skills, success in this role requires key personal qualities and management acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and expand client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
Proposal and Agreement Oversight : Manage the proposal, agreement, and pricing processes from start to finish.
Strategic Sales Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.
Sales Target Achievement : Set and achieve personal and branch-wide sales goals.

Strong listening, communication, and adaptability skills are crucial for success, as is comfort with both virtual and hybrid work environments.
