Job Title : Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Travel Assignment

Shift : 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week (on-call as required)

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2210–$2370

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current CPR / BLS certification

ACLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to changes in patient condition

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

OR RN Responsibilities Assess patients to determine physical, mental, and spiritual needs prior to surgery

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary surgical team

Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families

Monitor and report changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment

Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with healthcare standards

Participate in continuing education and uphold best practices in patient care

Contribute to a positive and healthy workplace environment

Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required
