Position Overview : We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with specialized experience in constructing Hyperscale Data Centers.

This role demands a strategic leader who can manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your expertise in Data Center construction will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of large-scale Data Center projects, from planning and design to construction and handover.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead project meetings and foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the project.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Data Center construction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing hyperscale Data Center projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, construction techniques, and operational requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with top-tier general contractors and a strong network within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in data center design and operations.
