Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Benefits Leader Consultant to oversee the benefits function during a critical period.

This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of day-to-day benefits administration while also contributing to the development of long-term strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the benefits function, ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of employee benefits programs.
• Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with the companys overall objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to communicate and refine benefits strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Leverage UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software to manage benefits programs, data analysis, and reporting.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits promptly.
• Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for benefits program enhancements.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a Benefits leadership role, preferably within a mid to large sized organization.
• Expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Process improvement and system optimization experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Orange County, CA
