R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Associate Scientist in Seattle, WA.
Your main responsibilities as a Senior Associate Scientist :
Execution of routine analytical testing including qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, molecular biology, and cell-based assays to test in-process vector samples.
Execution of multiplexed cell-based assays (killing assays, mixed lymphocyte reactions, proliferation assays, etc.).
Data analysis and reporting with an emphasis on fast and high-quality data turnaround.
Partner with Method Development groups to support assay development, qualification, and transfer.
Develop processes and methods to improve lab execution and data analysis efficiency.
What we are looking for in a Senior Associate Scientist :
BS in a scientific discipline with 3+ years (1+ years with MS) of relevant industrial cell-based assay experience.
Solid knowledge of immunology and cell biology techniques and data analysis
Demonstrate ability to effectively work in cross functional teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
Demonstrated experience with qPCR, ddPCR and Vector work.
Experience working in a self-driven, performance / results oriented, fast paced matrix environment.
