Project Coordinator (Entry Level)

The Hired Guns are seeking a detail-oriented multi-tasker to take on the entry-level role of Project Coordinator on a budding Project Management team that supports the success of a high-growth global patient recruitment company.

This woman-owned, data-driven company pairs patients with research studies, enabling life-saving drugs and procedures to come to market faster.

Every year for the past four years, the company has doubled in size and is poised for even more growth in 2022. To keep up with this rapid expansion, they’re looking for a team player to join the Project Management team as Project Coordinator, with responsibility for maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

Multi-tasking is the name of the game here : you’ll be doing everything from preparing and sending out credit applications as needed, to prepping traffic instructions and creating traffic lists, to working on PowerPoint presentations and RFP requests for the sales team (includes typing, editing, formatting, checking, printing, etc.

you get the point. You’ll also be in charge of calculating and preparing daily cost-per-call reports and compiling various weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.

In order to do this job right, you need to have a strong work ethic, confidence in your decision-making ability, and exceptional project-management skills.

You must have a 4-year college degree and some work experience in an office setting (internships count!) You’re a natural multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects.

You must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. It goes without saying that you’re detail-oriented and excellent at time management.

You must be able to accept direction and operate as a take charge self-starter once you understand the task at hand. Please have excellent people skills and be caring, friendly, and hard-working.
