Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately read assembly drawings.
- Follow assembly MSPs.
- Assemble / solder microwave components and cables according to specifications.
- Use a variety of hand tools, gauges
- Read and follow instructions on Job Travelers.
- Track / record job progress and deficiencies daily in both written and electronic formats.
- Follow all company standard protocols for lot tracking on assembly piece parts.
- Follow all company standard protocols for time, job and efficiency tracking on advanced manufacturing software.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent vision and hand / eye coordination is a necessity.
- Must be able to accurately use measuring tools.
- Must have keen attention to detail and quality.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and reach.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED
- Experience working with build to print assemblies in a production environment.
- Willingness to work varied shifts to support surge activities.
