Overview

Joby Aviation is seeking an experienced and passionate electronics technician. This person will lead other technicians, run a world-class electronics R&D lab and contribute to Joby's success with their own work on electronics and wire harness assembly, debugging and repair.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and manage a small talented team of electronics technicians Keep a world-class lab space where engineers and technicians can do their bestwork and always have the tools and space they need
• Organize labor so that both long term strategic projects and short term critical tasks get the attention they need
• Demonstrate and train others on best practices in wire harness assembly, debug and repair
• Demonstrate and train others on best practices in circuit board assembly, debug and rework

Additional Information

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $90,168 - $120,225 / yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
