- portion of indirect hours PAID
- ABA webinars that are accredited
- CEUS and BCBA approved trainings
- Participance in ABA conferences

- Learning to write reports, assessments, programs, and goals
- Experience in all available assessments like Peak or Social social curriculum
Access to the newest ABA approved practices like ACT therapy training and more
- Working on multiple cases and having exposure to all cases in the company!
- Upon completion of adequate training, opportunity to lead your own FIRST case !
- Upon completion of the BCBA certificate, offer to become BCBA for Happyian!
