DWS Drone School, Inc. , ( DWS ), ( www.dwsdroneschool.com ) is a global drone and virtual reality technology school whose corporate office is located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Currently, we have school training locations in Wilmington, Delaware, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Stockbridge, Georgia, and Memphis, Tennessee, and have been approved as the only drone school of its kind to be approved by the United States Dept.

of Veterans Affairs to train United States veterans. DWS Drone School offers classes with its proprietary curriculum put together by commercial airline pilots who are flight instructors and drone licensed operators, that cover everything from flying techniques, editing data, starting a drone business to learning the aeronautical information and FAA rules and regulations a student will need to know to become an FAA Part 107 licensed drone operator.

The Director of Sales and Marketing responsibilities include, among other things, developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing and sales, is willing to work closely with the owner of the company to build a sustainable business, and enjoys working in a start-up environment.

Duties :

• Create a marketing strategy based on business goals and initiatives
• Make calls and respond in a timely way to all current and potential inquiries
• Create blogs, press releases, presentations, email, marketing, and other content
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that include goal tracking and marketing campaign tracking
• Develop pricing and sales strategies
• Develop and implement an email marketing strategy
• Develop and manage all social media accounts and content calendars
• Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts including affiliate schools
• Analyze consumer behavior and create a customer journey that converts and engages
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Skills and Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and / or equal relevant experience
• Self-directed, resourceful, and creative
• Knowledgeable of social media trends and social selling
• Knowledgeable of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Comfortable with Google Analytics
• Knowledge of CRM and CMS management
• Communications and public relations experience
• Good command of the English language

Compensation : $25 / Hour for 15 Hours per week.
