We are currently seeking talented, compassionate Hospice Aides to support patients of the communities we serve. The Hospice Aide role would primarily be located in the community and will be traveling to patient's homes and facilities.
The covering areas we are actively hiring for include : Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County and Howard County.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs personal care needs by attending to patient / family requests
- Meets safety needs of patient and uses equipment safely and properly
- Reports patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned supervisory nurse
- Collaborates with patient / family when developing plan of care. Establishes priority for patient care based on immediate patient condition and mutually set patient needs / expectations
Qualifications
- Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience in an acute care or home care setting
- Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the posltion with or without reasonable accomodation.
