Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.

Issue Resolution : Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional service with a smile, going above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectations.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and solutions for future reference.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirement

Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a strong focus on customer service.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues effectively.

Empathy : Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.

Team Player : Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work alongside colleagues to achieve common goals.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment, able to work independently while also being part of a cohesive team.
