Job Description
- Manage the project from initiation to completion.
- Oversee subcontractors and the entire construction process on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues with materials or methods.
- Foster and maintain a professional, effective on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety practices and culture throughout the project.

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ year of previous experience working with a General Contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
- Experience handling commercial / residential projects
- Strong software and technology skills is a plus
- Able to communicate and be organized
- Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
- Experience with a team structure a plus
