We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager Trainee (No Automotive Experience Necessary) to join our team at our Austin area locations.
This entry-level management position involves a variety of responsibilities including :
- Walk-in and phone customer service
- Parts ordering & Vendor relations
- Job / Project management
- Auto technician management / leadership
- Sales and problem-solving
- Clear and professional communication
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Manage parts ordering and inventory
- Oversee job and project management ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Lead and support auto technicians, fostering a collaborative environment
- Utilize strong sales and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Requirements :

Employment Details :
- Full-time position : Monday - Friday, half-day Saturdays
- Salary : $50k - $75k depending upon experience + Bonus
