About The Position

Weekly Pay Range - $2051 To $2278

Summary :

• Provide screening, identification, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and follow-up services for disorders of speech, language, cognitive and social aspects of communication.
• Observed and assessed the integrity and function of structures important for swallowing and feeding of nutritional management along with appropriate treatment plan.
• Reports to the Supervisor of the Unit.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Interrogate and make settings in accordance with ordered parameters.
• Perform a variety of EEG s : Routine, Sleep Deprived, Portable, Ambulatory, and Video monitoring.
• Collaborate and work with patients and colleagues in our Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.
• Performed Nerve Conduction Studies and assist the provider with the EMG portion.
• Provided accurate, high-quality Neurodiagnostic testing and technical analysis.
• Collected and / or reviewed pertinent medical, historical, and medication information in order to perform the appropriate study prescribed by the physician as outlined by departmental policies and procedures.
• Performed prescribed standard electroencephalographic procedures in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements :

• EEG Certification.
• One year current EEG experience required.
• Current AHA BLS.
