Salary : $140,000 - $165,000 / year
National K-8 Charter School nonprofit organization seeks a Director of Finance, Grants & Revenue, to oversee the grant compliance and reporting process for 40 school programs in 5 states, as well as the associated financial budgeting, forecasting and planning responsibilities for grants and revenue.
This role will report directly into the CFO and manage a grants administration and finance team of 3. This is a hybrid role working onsite 1-2 days per week.
Requirements :
- 5+ year finance experience at a K-12 school, at either a district or charter school, in budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- Must have grants management and compliance experience.
- Must have specific experience working with CA State restricted grants
- Must have staff management experience for at least 2+ people.
