Position Overview :

As a Legal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top legal talent.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Leverage various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position
  • Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence relevant to recruitment in the legal sector
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities
  • Other related duties
  • This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the legal sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
