Position Overview :
As a Legal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top legal talent.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Leverage various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position
- Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence relevant to recruitment in the legal sector
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities
- Other related duties
- This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the legal sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
