Chief Financial Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a growing, multi-site Home Health and Hospice organization looking to add a seasoned CFO to help lead their financial and accounting department.
This position is based in Jacksonville, FL. Senior level leadership experience in Medicare Home Health and Hospice finance is required.
This is a strategic role that will expand in scope as the organization continues to scale. M&A experience a plus.
Chief Financial Officer Job Requirements
- Strong Medicare Home Health & Hospice financial / accounting leadership experience at the multi-site level.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
- CPA a plus.
Chief Financial Officer Job Responsibilities
- Oversite all accounting, and analytics & planning functions and directly reporting managers.
- Analyze data and metrics to improve financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Help integrate and scale financial operations as company grows.
