Summary
Lidl US is seeking a Senior Specialist- Cyber Security to join our IT team! The Senior Specialist Cyber Security is responsible for developing and implementing advanced security strategies, monitoring networks, and leading incident response teams to address complex cyber threats in a dynamic corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
- As a Senior Specialist Cyber Security, you are responsible for consulting and supporting the company on cyber security requirements and IT compliance.
- You take over the technical project management for the implementation of secure IT solutions and support this in internal audits.
- Together with your IT colleagues, you ensure the implementation of the internal information security management system (ISMS).
- Using your specialist knowledge, you will identify and evaluate possible IT security risks, analyze security incidents that occur and initiate appropriate countermeasures to prevent damage.

- Overview of current trends and developments in cyber security
Required Education, Certifications / Licenses, Related Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or physics)
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above.
Travel Requirements
10 % of international or domestic travel
