Description :
- General cleaning after events including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows and deep cleaning when scheduled.
- Ensuring furniture and other items are in their appropriate locations during non-event days.
- Cleaning, sanitizing and stocking restrooms to include that of specified tenants.
- Empties trash / recycling and replaces liners in staff offices.
- Reports any damage or repair needs observed in a timely manner
- Ensure that all properties are always presentable.
- Maintains stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Weekly cleaning at all PPHG locations.
- Cleaning and folding laundry from guest suites as needed.
- Special projects that may include (but are not exclusive to) : detailed dusting of all house curios, buffing and oiling of floors, vacuuming of all drapery in house, delicate dusting / cleaning of chandeliers / sconces, etc.
Requirements :
- Ability to follow PPHG standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment.
- Ability to focus attention on details and work without direct supervision and to know what needs to be done above and beyond to do list.
- Must possess mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and guests and work cooperatively and professionally with other departments, with respect to the chain of command.
- Must be on time and appropriately dressed for all shifts.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred
