Job Description

  • SUMMARY : This position is responsible for performing routine administrative duties such as typing professional correspondence memos and other documents data entry organizing record keeping;
  • keeping a detailed and accurate order entry; greeting and directing visitors; sorting and distributing mail and faxes; preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments;
  • photocopying; maintaining files; generating reports; scheduling meetings; coordinating travel reservations; ordering supplies;

maintaining vehicle schedules and maintenance; and any other duties or special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS : Education : High School diploma or equivalent. Experience : 3 plus years experience. Computer Skills : Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Special Skills : Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Multi-tasking is necessary
