Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare quotes, process policy changes, and assist with policy renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Active Allstate License : Must hold an active Allstate Insurance License.
  • Prior Sales Experience : Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset : A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
