Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and driven outside roofing sales representative to join our team at Severe Storm Pro! This position is performance and commission based only.
You must prove you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience in roofing sales is a must!
Responsibilities :
- Target storm areas
- Generate Commercial & Residential Sales
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and provided leads
- Inspect roofs / exterior to determine storm damage, documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes
- Build / Maintain a relationship with new and existing customers
- Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work
- Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates and knowledge
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Reach weekly sales quota
Qualifications :
- 2+ sales experience required
- Experience / knowledge in roofing and construction sales
- Must be able to generate D2D & B2B sales, create your own pipeline
- Must be able to climb and carry a ladder, and work on your feet
- Ability to work in hot & cold climates
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow and earn
