Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engineering standards in collaboration with the team.
- Design structural components for electrical power line and traffic intersection steel structures using 3D modeling software.
- Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis to ensure design integrity and safety.
- Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, job work orders, and customer specifications.
- Provide precise inputs to the design team for fabrication drawings.
- Review structural drawings for compliance with engineering and project requirements.
- Deliver high-quality engineering documents consistent with company policies and customer expectations.
- Lead and participate in design reviews, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Offer technical guidance on design reviews, investigation reports, and standards development.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time, aligned with project deadlines.
