Responsibilities
- Supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Unit Manager to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Providing direct nursing care to the residents
- Managing emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records
- Completing medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
Qualifications
- Valid LPN License in the state of Pennsylvania
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required
- Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care
- Problem solving & customer service skills
- Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care
