Senior All Source Analyst - Supply Chain
- Research all intelligence sources to identify key capabilities related to military and civilian infrastructures.
- Analyze foreign supply chain(s) supporting foreign production maintenance and overhaul of Advanced Conventional Weapons (ACW).
- Analyze facilities, production, and operations of significant foreign defense industries.
- Review current databases (MIDB and others) to identify key capabilities related to military and civilian infrastructure.
- Develop or update specialized knowledge bases of capabilities specific to military and civilian infrastructures in support of object-based production.
- Build or update knowledge base consisting of foundational data held in MIDB in addition to contextual information shared through production and comprehensive assessments (DI-Short / Long, Oros, CJCS briefing slides, etc.).
- Verify data and perform quality control in accordance with DIA analytic standards.
- Analyze systems, both functional and reporting relationships, to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Provide information to support customers in developing offensive counters to foreign capabilities.
- Integrate data across the infrastructure enterprise to identify interdependencies and weaknesses.
- Analyze intelligence and write reports to inform customers of foreign capabilities and networks.
- Organize and display data in charts, timelines and / or graphs.
Requirements :
- ACTIVE TS / SCI clearance required along with a CI Polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years of experience related to the position with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Master’s degree in an area related to the position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
S. Department of Education, or a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree
