Instrument Repair Technician
POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an Instrument Repair Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As an Instrument Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting in the maintenance of store inventory.
Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer experiences and quality work to build and increase business.

- Initiative : Identify opportunities, learn quickly, and take positive action.
- Training : Effectively train others and communicate information and techniques.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
