Job Details
Need to be able to take on the workload and introduce new frameworks and methodologies. Looking for individuals who can mentor and coach others on the team.
The ideal background would be someone who has had experience helping to re-set teams that have gone through a transformation where methodologies have changed at some point.
Preferred Credentials and Experience :
- Experience utilizing Jira
- Experience with Agile projects transforming legacy functions into new solutions to benefit the organization
- Experienced working with remote and technical teams
- Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences
- Able to maintain workload while coaching others
- Mainframe experience
- Design and testing experience
