- Independent contractor position
- 6 - 8 weeks of vacation time
- Monday through Friday work schedule; no call
- Must be board certified or board eligible
- General procedures, including podiatry, ENT, opthal, and ortho
- Strong regional skills preferred; 30% regionals
- 4 ORs and 18 post- / pre-OP rooms
- 30 minutes from Chicago
