Job Title : Job Captain – CD / CA Phases

Job Type : Contract

Location : On-site (U.S.-based architecture firm)

About the Firm :

Globally respected architecture firm known for their high-profile work across various project types.

Role Overview

The firm is seeking two (2) job captains to support the construction documentation and administration phases projects. You will work closely with the firm's internal team and outside contractors to review submittals, respond to RFIs and update drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and revise construction documents using Revit
  • Respond to submittals and RFIs and coordinate updates
  • Collaborate with project managers and consultants

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture
  • Proficiency in Revit is required
  • Experience in construction document production and construction documentation
  • Ground-up construction involving reinforced concrete and structural steel
