Global PMC are looking for an experienced Project Director to oversee a portfolio of large-scale Build projects across Abu Dhabi.
This role is based in Head Office, Abu Dhabi and requires the candidate to live in the city. This is an important role in the business, that requires a strong leader.
- Someone who has the below experience;
- PM Consultant / Client-side experience on large-scale projects
- Pre-contract / development experience
- Fit-out and base build experience and a detailed understanding of UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) statutory authorities’ processes and time frames for approvals
- Strong leadership / mentoring skills
- Strong client-facing / presentation skills
- Strong stake-holder management skills
- Agile / bespoke approach to project delivery
- Out-of-the-box thinking; solutions oriented; able to operate high-level / big-picture but also dive into the detail and roll-up their sleeves when required
This is a global Project Management Consultancy who offer full PMC services on projects in UAE, KSA, Oman and the United Kingdom.
They have a healthy portfolio of live projects in the region and are continuing to grow, hence this position becoming available.
The package on offer for this role is circa 50-60k AED per month depending on the individual.
