Job SummaryThe Generalist may have the following duties in addition to those for HR Generalist - labor relations activities, complex employee relations matters, and highly sensitive investigations.

Job ResponsibilitiesManages assigned programs; investigates employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies, and effective HR practice;

performs special projects as assigned. EducationRequired : Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience ExperienceRequired : 4 years in Human Resources CertificationsPreferred : SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification Tenet complies with federal, state, and / or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
