Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Attorney to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate is a recent law school graduate or has completed a judicial clerkship, preferably with a federal judge.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile litigation cases and develop your legal skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in complex litigation cases, including antitrust and commercial disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Support senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Engage in discovery processes, including document review and analysis.
- Participate in strategy discussions and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Recent graduate or completion of a judicial clerkship, with a preference for federal clerkship experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
