We are seeking an Insurance Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $21 per hour, along with bonus opportunities.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in building relationships and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.

Monday - Friday (8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate referrals and engage in networking activities.
- Schedule appointments for clients and team members.
- Answer phones and pass leads to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.
- Prior service experience; insurance license is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer software knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone and office etiquette.
