Hello, Cascades at Riverwalk in Midvale, UT is actively looking to hire a PRN CNA for Night Shift (6PM-6AM).
At Cascades at Riverwalk, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her / him to the next level of care.

Pay is based on experience.
We are looking for people who are willing to help cover and pick up shifts when needed.
Job Description :
- Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
- Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
- Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in / out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
- Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
- Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements :
- Possess a current CNA certification in good standing
- Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted
- Reliable, kind, hard-working, and possess great customer service skills
- Understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
