Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Monitor and address project progress and resolving any issues or delays.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits.
- Skills :
- Minimum 7 years of diverse commercial experience.
- Strong Leadership capabilities.
- Proven record of successfully managing projects over $10 Million
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Must possess excellent client relationship skills.
